Andrew is 10 years old and in 5th grade at The Lexington School. He is an avid sportsman and really loves to play baseball, basketball, football, and also competes on the school archery team! This year was his first year as an archer and qualified for the state tournament! He loves playing piano and really enjoys the music theory. Andrew really loves his cat, Mama Kitty. They spend a lot of time together. Andrew is also excited about his upcoming role as Horton the Elephant in The Lexington School's production of "Seussical Kids" at the end of the month. Andrew enjoys cooking and learning new recipes. He's always willing to help and loves to play outside. His family is very proud of how hard he works at everything. At school, he is known as being a good friend to everyone. He wants to be a pilot when he grows up if NBA player doesn't work out. He either wants to attend the University of KY or the Naval Academy. I am very proud of the musician that Andrew is becoming! He has taken piano for several years, but this year he is "owning" it. Andrew is learning how to practice effectively and really learn his songs independently. He is also playing more musically this year than ever before. Keep up the hard work, Andrew!! |
